A fantastic spacious holiday house in the classic seaside town of Hunstanton, with garden and a hot tub hire available.

A very short walk to the beach and to the cafés, restaurants, shops and pubs of the town centre and the promenade.

This is a large house for all the family or a group of friends to spread out in - ideal for 8 adults and up to 4 children - but the configuration is up to you!

The 5 bedrooms are all up on the 1st floor:

1. The master bedroom at the front has a superking 6’ bed plus an extra full size single.

2. Twin room with 2 full size singles.

3. 5’ kingsize bed.

4. 5’ kingsize bed plus an extra full size single (with en-suite shower room)

5. Bunk beds (next to the master bedroom)

There are 3 bathrooms:

1. A family bathroom with a bath and separate shower.

2. An en-suite shower room off the 4th bedroom

3. Another shower room on the ground floor.

The large living room has plenty of room with a lounge area with large smart TV, and a separate sitting area with armchairs around a table, perfect for playing board games or cards! There is a separate dining room with a table for 10-12 with views of the garden.

The large garden has a big wooden table and chairs for those endless summer lunches, a bbq, and hot tub hire available upon request.

There is a conservatory used for storage and a good place to keep dogs at night.

On cooler evenings curl up in front of the stylish modern easy-to-light gas fire.

Off street parking for 2 cars and usually plenty of free parking on the street.

The hire of a hot tub is possible - for an extra £250 for 4 nights or more, otherwise £200
